About the Principal:
Tony Howard brings over 30 years of K-12 experience ranging from a high school math teacher to an Assistant Superintendent of HR. He brings experience as a principal at all three levels and over fifteen years as a practicing HR Director to the "Surgical" architecture of TH, INC. As a Harvard-trained negotiator and a trained mediator, he provides logic and data-driven strategy necessary to support districts with high-stakes personnel challenges. He is a practitioner, just like you. He solves problems, just like you. He doesn't offer abstract theory, he offers solutions based in active practice.
